About Us

Education is Daniel’s ‘true north’.  Initially wanting to become a high school teacher, Daniel earned his Bachelor's degree in K-12 Health Education.  Since that time, he has held a variety of roles across human resources, sales, and education. His roles have always focused around helping others succeed and he utilizes that mindset when working with high school students.

Daniel has worked with a number of high school students through the discovery, essay process, and application cycle. His approach working with high school students stems from his experience supporting college students.  He knows what it takes to be successful in college and how the “right fit” college can help a student thrive.

Daniel has worked at the University of Denver, Santa Clara University, Arcadia University, and Dominican University of California in a variety of roles from advising students on academic progress, degree requirements and internships, to teaching, and holding multiple leadership positions.  Daniel continues to teach in the Business School at Dominican University as an adjunct professor focusing on career exploration.

Daniel has an undergraduate degree in Education from Appalachian State University; a Masters degree in College Administration and Student Development from the University of Denver; and participated in the University of California Extension Program for College Admissions.

He lives in the Bay Area with his amazing wife and two young daughters.
